इंदौर 10 जुलाई । सोमवार रात इंदौर पुलिस मुंबई से पेनजॉन फार्मास्युटिकल प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर मनोज कोठारी को गिरफ्तार कर ले आई । ये कोलकाता जाते वक्त एअरपोर्ट पर पकड़ा गया था
अधिकृत जानकारी के अनुसार पेनजॉन फार्मास्युटिकल प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर मनोज कोठारी निवासी साकेत नगर, उसकी पत्नी अंजु कोठारी और कर्मचारी कीर्ति शाह के खिलाफ वर्ष-२०१० में थाना एमआईजी में धारा ४२०, ४०६ भादंवि तथा निवेशकों के हित संरक्षण अधिनियम के तहत प्रकरण है।
